We are looking to find the best Customer Service Professionals in the West Country! We are looking for strong candidates with a great customer service and account management background and who have have experience of delivering first class, high level telephone based customer service to join a friendly team based in Wellington,Somerset.
You will be part of an office based team who work re-actively to resolve customer queries and report change requests/ faults to the first- line support team regarding the company's software product. The ideal candidate would be responsible for maintaining the relationship between the client and their customer on a daily basis, monitoring customer activity across the business and communicating company - wide decisions and changes to their customers and ensuring all benefits are understood. The successful candidate must be aware that some of the correspondence with customers will be more technical in nature and although they are not required to fix faults / make software changes themselves, they must be willing to work to understand the information that is being provided to them, in order to best inform the technical teams
Day to day activities will include; dealing with customer service/ change requests, report faults within the bespoke software, resolving customer billing queries, creating quotations/ orders for bespoke mailings, products and templates and managing customer issues and complaints.
Candidates must be a team player, have the ability to build rapport with customers in line with expectations and needs, be capable of delivering the right information to the correct audience as required and be able to diffuse and take control of difficult situations. The successful candidate will become the "go to" person for customers, building an excellent understanding of their organisation and needs.
The successful applicant should be friendly, enthusiastic, must have prior customer service experience, and be able to demonstrate they can build strong relationships with commercial customers in a telephone-based customer service environment. They will need to be able to demonstrate their ability to account manage key customers and a proven track record to taking responsibility for all of their customer's needs.
Please note, that we require candidates to hold a minimum GCSE grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent) and to be able to demonstrate previous experience of dealing with "front line" customer queries within a telephone based customer service environment to progress them for this role.
