Are you a retail professional with experience in customer service and retail operations? We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing investment company specialising in shopping centre management and development. The role will be based in Derby paying up to 25k plus annual bonus and benefits, working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. This is a fixed term contract for approx 14 months.
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for designing retail communications including e-newsletters and retailer forums, ensuring retailers present their stores in line with lease obligations, presenting in meetings, preparing reports for management, collate monthly statistics including footfall and retailer turnover, and assisting in centre based events.
It is essential that you have experience of retail operations or retail marketing disciplines, experience of working towards targets, teamed with proven interpersonal and customer service skills. You will need to be comfortable in collating statistics and data effectively. Strong experience in excel is essential.
