As Recruitment Resourcer within our National Recruitment Centre you will be responsible for contacting candidates for a variety of temporary roles across the UK. This is NOT a sales role.
Main duties will include screening candidate CVs, calling a high volume of candidates about industrial roles and booking them into a registration with our local branches which could be anywhere across the UK. You will be updating our database as well as completing data on Excel and using a web based system to view candidate applications.
Customer Service experience within an office environment/ call centre is essential with good IT skills. Any experience within the recruitment industry is advantageous but not essential. An excellent telephone manner with drive and ambition to succeed as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines is necessary. This role demands flexibility in that priorities change regularly and no working day is the same!
