If you have previous retail or customer service experience and are looking to move into a more office based environment then this could be the next step in your Customer Service career. Our growing client in Highbridge are looking for additional support in the Customer Service team.
You will become part of a hard working and friendly team who work together to solve customer issues with a proactive approach and a genuine desire to help.
The job will involve dealing with customer orders over the phone and inputting data to process orders as well as answering any queries regarding deliveries. Will also be responsible for liaising with couriers to find out expected delivered times and ensure customers are updated on any delays.
Previous customer service experience is desirable. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a good telephone manner when dealing with customers over the phone will be required.
Accuracy and attention to detail and experience in Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential for this position.
Hours of work will be 7.00am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday .
The hourly rate will be £7.83 - £8.21 per hour and is is an ongoing temporary position with an immediate start and the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidates.
