The responsibilities within the role will be to deal with any customer enquiry that may come through over the phone or other customer contact methods. You may take an order on one call and help a customer to set up their app on another call. Training on how to deal with the enquiries will be given but we need you to have the desire to help each customer throughout your shift.
They are looking for people to do the following hours:
- Evenings between 3pm and 9pm (minimum of 4 hours per shift), 12, 16 or 20 hour contracts
- Weekends between 7am and 9pm (minimum of 4 hours per shift), 8 to 12 hour contracts
- Full time working a variety of shifts between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday - you will be given a shift pattern to work to
