Are you at your most confident when on the telephone, would your friends describe you as patient with the ability to show empathy when needed?

If so then we are looking for people like you to join our client based in Wellington, Somerset as part of their Customer Service team. The client is a well known care product provider and they are looking for people who can provide a high level of customer service to their service users who may be nervous about calling.

This is a busy challenging role which involves taking phone calls and enquiries from service users and placing orders as well as arranging engineers to visit and carry out maintenance and repair of customer products.

You will need to possess excellent customer service skills and be patient and empathetic when dealing with customers, in addition you will need administration and data entry experience and be able to input details whilst talking on the phone.

This is an ongoing temporary position starting immediately.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and the hourly rate is starting at £8.72 per hour.

The role is office based on the outskirts of Wellington, Somerset and Covid safe working practices are in place.
