You will be able to demonstrate previous customer service experience, delivering high levels of customer service in a sales/targeted environment. You will need a good level of IT ability and grade B or above in GCSE in Maths and English. Experience working in the financial services industry (banking or insurance) would be advantageous but not essential, but a hunger and eagerness to learn is paramount. You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary plus incentive scheme which could earn you up to 10% of your salary, as well as a generous benefits package, including a 35 working week!
