Customer Service Administrator

Do you have B2B Customer Service experience with good knowledge of Excel and reporting? We have a fantastic opportunity to join the paperless revolution with this hugely successful company who is at the heart of this as a Customer Service Administrator based in Rainham.

This is permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a salary of £19,000 per annum plus excellent benefits!

As Customer Service Administrator you will be working as part of the Customer Support Team and will process customer requests, ensuring correct schedules and priorities are applied for all work carried out. You will develop solid relationships with customers and assist in streamlining the administration practices within the department.

Your role will involve speaking with business customers and building good relationships, investigating and responding to their queries in a timely manner. In addition, you will use internal databases to enter requests as well as produce reports for customers and internal teams using Excel.

We are keen to hear from applicants with previous B2B customer service experience with working knowledge of IT databases, data and documentation. Good Excel skills are required along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
