Meridian Business Support are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for one of their Devizes based clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a very well established business, one of the market leaders within their industry.
Duties will involve:
- Answering the telephone in a polite and helpful manner, promoting a centre for excellence in Customer Services
- Promoting Customer Satisfaction throughout the department ensuring that all customers receive a valued service
- Product registrations
- Service planning
- Invoicing and taking payments for non-warranty work
- Dealing with all Service issues and correspondence on a day to day basis
- Placing Warranty and Service Calls for both In -house and 3rd part Engineers
- Processing service spares orders
- Liaising with the Warehouse/ Stock Controller regarding stock issues
- Processing credits on a weekly basis, including replacement parts
- Arranging product replacement and collection when required
Successful candidates will have previous Customer Service experience be an excellent team player as well as the ability to work using your own initiative a quick learner and thrive in delivering first class Customer Service.
