In this role you will be:

  • Answering the telephone to customers
  • Answering any queries
  • Processing any sales orders
  • Responding to live chat queries
  • Monitoring the sales inbox
  • Processing returns
  • Adminstiration

We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile with customers and be confident over the telephone.
