I have a fantastic opportunity available for an excellent client based in Martock.
I am looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join this fantastic team.
Your role will be to action and complete incoming breakdown, service and repair requests.
- You will be monitoring the CRM system
- Answer incoming calls
- Assign service engineers to breakdown or attendance requests
- Process purchase orders
- Resolve customer issues or complaints
- Ensure service-related paperwork is completed and recorded
- Use initiative to feedback necessary information to management
The ideal candidate will be:
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer user
This is a temporary role for at least 3 months, paying between £9-£9.50 per hour. This role is full time
