I have a fantastic opportunity available for an excellent client based in Martock.

I am looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join this fantastic team.

Your role will be to action and complete incoming breakdown, service and repair requests.

  • You will be monitoring the CRM system
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Assign service engineers to breakdown or attendance requests
  • Process purchase orders
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints
  • Ensure service-related paperwork is completed and recorded
  • Use initiative to feedback necessary information to management

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Able to provide excellent customer service
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer user

This is a temporary role for at least 3 months, paying between £9-£9.50 per hour. This role is full time
