We are seeking an experienced service administrator on behalf of our client based in Rotherwas, Hereford.

Working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm at pay rate of £9.20 per hour,
This is a temporary position and will initially be for 3 months.
The duties in the role will include:
Efficiently manage customer service requests recording then distributing service calls to relevant contractor. Specific areas of administrative responsibility for call logging sheet,
CRM/SAP system invoicing and other general administrative duties in a Busy Service Department - SAP experience is not essential as training can be provided
To answer incoming service telephone calls via the switchboard promptly and politely.
To ensure all calls are entered onto the call logging system accurately and to monitor the information on this
Use of SAP systems on a daily basis
To liaise with the internal departments
