Are you a sociable person who enjoys talking to people on the phone and solving problems? Do you pride yourself on your written and verbal communication and being articulate and understanding in responding to customer enquiries? If this sounds like you then you might be the perfect person for our Customer Service Administrator position.

We are currently recruiting for a full time Customer Service Administrator to work on a temporary basis for a local organisation based in Highbridge. This is a busy and fast paced position working as part of an energetic and supportive team who are always happy to help each other, they are especially busy at this time of year so are needing additional help.  If you are highly organised, have previous Customer Service experience and are looking for a new challenge then this is the job for you.

As a Customer Service Administrator your main duties will include: 
  • Managing the Customer Service mail box and responding to enquiries and complaints
  • Answering incoming calls and managing customer enquiries 
  • Processing orders and arranging returns for customers
  • Responding to webchat and direct messaging contacts from customers
  • Meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks
We would love to hear from candidates with experience in customer services, administration, sales or complaints management. Written communication is key to this role as you will be responding to written enquiries as well as telephone based enquiries.

If you have previously worked as an Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Administrator, Contact Centre or Call Centre Operator, Customer Service Representative, Customer Assistant, or Sales Administrator and have great IT skills then get in touch with us today to find out more. 

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, working 40 hours per week. 
The rate of pay is £8.91 per hour.
