We are currently recruiting for a full time Customer Service Administrator to work on a temporary basis for a local organisation based in Highbridge. This is a busy and fast paced position working as part of an energetic and supportive team who are always happy to help each other, they are especially busy at this time of year so are needing additional help. If you are highly organised, have previous Customer Service experience and are looking for a new challenge then this is the job for you.
As a Customer Service Administrator your main duties will include:
- Managing the Customer Service mail box and responding to enquiries and complaints
- Answering incoming calls and managing customer enquiries
- Processing orders and arranging returns for customers
- Responding to webchat and direct messaging contacts from customers
- Meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks
If you have previously worked as an Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Administrator, Contact Centre or Call Centre Operator, Customer Service Representative, Customer Assistant, or Sales Administrator and have great IT skills then get in touch with us today to find out more.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, working 40 hours per week.
The rate of pay is £8.91 per hour.
