We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service / Sales Development Manager to lead a small team, ensuring the best experience for our client's customers (who is the leading supplier in their industry).  They are committed to delivering exceptional customer care whilst driving business growth through innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Team: Oversee a dedicated customer service and sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure high standards.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure timely, professional, and effective customer support. Resolve client issues and inquiries to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Development: Identify and generate new leads while nurturing existing client relationships to increase sales opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products/services, maximizing revenue from the current client base.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and report on team achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements to optimise customer care and streamline sales development efforts.

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
