The Customer Help-desk Advisor is an office based role, handling high volume calls and emails assisting external customers with system support queries. If you love problem solving, have a keen eye for detail and love talking to customers, this is a fantastic opportunity! The Customer Help-desk role would be well suited to an individual with experience working in 1st/2nd Line Help-desk, IT Support, call centre. Full training will be provided but you need to be keen to learn and thrive in a busy environment. Hours are Monday to Friday, and this is an office based position located in Witney, Oxfordshire.
