Are you passionate about customer support? Do you have experience in a Pharmacy/GP environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Associate to join an exciting, cutting edge mobile app that allows people to manage their NHS prescriptions. Salary £23k plus excellent benefits working Mon-Fri 8-5 OR 9-6.

As Customer Experience Associate you will be the primary point of contact for patients, via in-app messenger and telephone, and you will liaise with external GP surgeries and Pharmacies. You will maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward patients, manage feedback and report on the efficiency of the process.

You should have proven customer service experience ideally from a Pharmacy/GP environment, strong written communication skills and computer knowledge, as well as the ability to log information accurately. The ideal person will care deeply about customer support, have an understanding of the sensitivity of the data you're handling, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. An NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing would be beneficial but is not essential.
