We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor to work in this fast paced call centre.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Processing centralised prescriptions
- Ensure all orders are kept up to date
- Handle urgent emails
- Keep customers informed
- Support he inbound team in times of heavy phone traffic
To be considered, we are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Proven track record of customer service skills
- Previous call centre experience
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
In return, my clients are offering a starting salary of £17650 pa. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
This is initially a temporary on going position which could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
