We are currently seeking customer service stars for a temp to perm role working with a lovely, small team for a well known organisation in the motor industry.
You will have excellent customer service and admin skills and be capable in dealing with customers on the phone and occasionally face to face. Great communication skills are a must, as is a flexible, willing attitude and a good work ethic.
You will be contacting customers, taking new orders over the phone, doing some administrative duties alongside this and liaising with other departments at Head Office also. You will be comfortable using the usual MS Office packages as well as happy to pick up new systems and their database. If you bring the right attitude, they will make sure they train you up fully on everything you need to be a success.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30 or 7.30 - 4.30 if preferred, with 1 in 2 Saturdays from 8-12.
Rate is £8.81 per hour to start as a temp with a permanent salary of c£19k if you then go permanent.
You will need to have a driving licence as you might occasionally need to drive as part of the role.
