We are looking for someone with Credit Control experience for a new and exciting position based at our client's offices near Wellington, Somerset. If successful you would be working within a newly created credit control team and assisting with the set up of a cash process using Sage software. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for supporting the recovery of over 400 accounts, chasing overdue invoices by telephone and in writing to set timescales. Cash allocations and reconciliations will be a key part of the role as will be providing monthly management information. You will be responding to client and internal queries in a prompt manner and sending out monthly client statements. Within your role, you will also be working to monthly cash and debtor day targets. You will have excellent account management skills and be really well organised.
To apply we are looking for you to demonstrate your experience in a related role. You will need great communication skills and be able to build relationships effectively, working as a team player to achieve results. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work to targets are essential. You will also need good IT skills especially within Excel. Previous experience of using SAGE is advantageous.
