Meridian are recruiting for a Coroners Administrator to work from home for an NHS trust based in Nottingham.

Immediate start for 3 months

Full time 7.5 hours per day, but there is flexibility

Pay rate is £9.09

Essential is to know how to use the Ulysses system

The post holder will generate and process coroner's documentation and disseminate it to divisions and other internal and external agencies negotiating strict time lines, it will also include dealing with internal and external enquiries including dealing with contentious or sensitive information re coroner's matters, postage distribution, filing and minute taking.

The post holder will ensure that internal procedures are followed and deadlines are adhered to ensuring that the coroners request are managed and provide a high quality, focused and professional customer focused service to its service users. The post holder will follow the trust's confidentiality and information governance processes ensuring all case files and data is kept securely and information request are dealt with following trust policies and procedure.
