Meridian Business Support are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator on behalf of our Client based in Hereford.

Salary- £17,000-£19,000 (dependant on experience)

You will be reporting directly to the Contract Director where you will perform the following day to day tasks:

  • Assist in the day to day administration in the Contracts Department
  • Organising filing systems in line with GDPR legislation
  • Taking orders from clients over the phone and by email
  • Raising purchase order numbers for materials that are ordered
  • Provide excellent customer service to key accounts
  • Dealing with requests from personnel within the Contracts Department
  • Data input on to the company IT system
