Content Marketing Executive 
 
Meridian Business Support have a huge opportunity for an experienced Content Marketing Executive to join a brand-new marketing team and help shape a forward-thinking marketing function for our business.  
 
  • Salary – £26,000-£30,000 based on experience 
  • Contracted to 37 hours per week  
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30   
  • Hybrid working, based in Dakota HQ 
 
About the job 
Working alongside our Marketing Manager, you will shape and execute a long term, cross-channel strategy to promote Meridian as a trusted recruitment partner to clients, as a source of jobs to candidates and as an employer of choice to potential recruitment consultants.  
 
You will be responsible for researching, producing and delivering high level content across all marketing channels to draw audience attention & track, develop performance and build awareness of our Meridian brand. 
 
We need a real Content Marketing legend in this role, someone who isn’t afraid of SEO, that can help drive the bottom line, support our client partners, talent acquisition and internal comms to add real lasting value. 
 
About you 
You will relish the idea that you are part of a brand-new team and the need to devise, implement new and creative content marketing strategies. Ideally, you are an expert in the recruitment industry, whether you work in it or alongside it, you know what it takes to attract, develop, engage and retain candidates and audiences.  
 
We’d love to see your success in content marketing campaigns, lead generation programmes and branding opportunities. And you will have some examples of directly engaging with sales teams and business managers to establish content marketing goals.  
 
Your experience and ambition will drive content marketing through the business.
