We are looking for a skilled CNC Auto Coil Spring Maker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will focus on the production of compression and extension springs up to 6mm. You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Production teams to ensure high-quality, efficient production while actively contributing to problem-solving and customer solutions.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, problem-solving professional with a background in CNC auto coil manufacturing, preferably with an understanding of grinding and ISO 9001 standards. You should be comfortable in a collaborative environment and eager to take on new learning opportunities.

- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (30-minute lunch break)
- Friday: 07:00 – 12:00

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture high-precision compression and extension springs up to 6mm.
- Assist with research, development, and design initiatives to improve product solutions.
- Offer engineering support by using Lee Spring products to address customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with various internal departments to support production goals.
- Support basic toolmaking tasks as required.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficiency in CNC auto coil manufacturing; experience in grinding is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and a flexible approach.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
