Clinical Services Manager, Drug and Alcohol - Wakefield Area - £40,000 plus benefits

This organisation provides care to adults across England. They focus on providing quality care at all times in a variation of settings including residential, supported living and outreach and private hospitals. They also operate in a not-for-profit bases and invest their funds back into the services to ensure clients and staff are the focus of all decisions made.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical services Manager for our Drug and Alcohol Service. You can be RGN, RMN or RNLD. As a Clinical Services Manager, your vital role will involve a wide range of clinical duties, managing the prescribing and wellbeing clinics, completing audits and ensuring safeguarding. You will also take the lead for aspects of the clinical governance of the service and some key performance indicators. You will lead your team to deliver the same high standards that you do, by providing clinical supervision to nurses, completing appraisals, delivering training and of course, ensuring that all they do is in line with the clinical code of conduct. You will have a real opportunity to help shape service delivery and contribute to delivering clinically excellent services

This is a 9-5 Monday to Friday role, but a degree of flexibility would be expected.

To apply for this role, you must have the following,

- Live Active NMC Pin (RMN, RGN or RNLD)

- Experience in a supervisory or management role,

- Experience in a Drug and Alcohol environment

- Passion for Care
