Would you like an exciting Client Administrator role which will utilise your skills as an administrator, strong organisational skills, and ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders? 

A Client Administrator opportunity on a 12 month contract basis has arisen within a newly created team at an award winning international business, where you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of client onboarding - including all legal compliance procedures such as anti-money laundering and credit checking.

As Client Administrator, your varied role will encompass:
  • Setting up new clients, accounts, projects and contracts on the Dynamics 365 system - ensuring accuracy and legislative compliance
  • Managing the client onboarding lifecycle on Dynamics 365
  • Supporting fee earners and internal teams with client onboarding and new instructions requests
  • Working alongside finance and credit control teams to resolve any invoicing queries
  • Managing the conflict checking process, ensuring any issues are escalated
  • Completing workflows including credit checking and anti-money laundering activities for clients, suppliers and contractors

For this Client Administrator opportunity I'm interested in speaking with an experienced Onboarding Administrator, Onboarding Specialist, Client Due Diligence Administrator, Client Onboarding Administrator, Business Support Administrator, or Client Onboarding Advisor - ideally with knowledge of money laundering or conflict checking.  Experience using Dynamics 365 would be ideal as well.

This role would also suit someone who has worked in an administration support role within a finance team that has involved carrying out credit checks or reference checks.  Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for this position as well.

Salary £28,000 to £30,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience) plus benefits including life assurance, private medical, gym discounts, retail vouchers, your birthday off and flexible working from home.

There is the opportunity with this role to either fully work from home remotely or have a hybrid working pattern (based in the London City office part of the week).
