Meridian Business Support is currently seeking a dedicated Factory Cleaner to join our client’s team in Tredegar. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, where maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness of the factory floor by sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Empty waste bins and handle proper rubbish disposal.
- Clean and sanitize communal areas, including restrooms and break rooms.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic and safe work environment.
- Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks as needed.
- Operate a buffer machine (training will be provided).
- Take on additional cleaning tasks as directed by the factory manager.
- Days: 5 am - 1 pm
- Afternoons: 2 pm - 10 pm
