Children's Registered Manager, Sexual Trauma - Burnley Area - up to £50,000 plus performance bonus

My client is a successful children's care provider, providing care for children in a number if settings. They have specialist residential homes dedicated to specific needs of children, including forensic services and trauma to name a few.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager for our service in the Burnley Area. This is a 5 Bed service for Children and Young People with Sexual Trauma background. They offer a therapeutic care pack for all Children and Young People across all services.

They consider all children as individuals and understand they are shaped by their experience. They believe in life long healing and learning and that a care experience should equip children with an understanding and a clear idea of how they learn best and give them the skills to self soothe and manage the stresses of life, and offer care and support to enable this.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the service and for staff management, you will also oversee the referrals of new young People in to the service. You will also ensure positive outcomes in Ofsted inspections and be required to ensure that the strategic vision, qualitative objectives and ethos of care are implemented throughout the home in a timely manner and to budget.

To apply for this role, you must have the following,

NVQ 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)

Management Qualification

Experience as a Registered Manager in Children's Residential Services

Proven track record of Good outcomes with Ofsted

Full driving licence

You will be offered a salary of between £34,000 - £50,000 depending in skills and experienced a performance bonus depending on outcomes. You can also take advantage of mileage, health benefits and 25 days holiday plus bank holiday (33days).
