Children's Dual Registered Manager - North Wales Area - Up to £40,000 Plus Benefits

This is a fantastic organisation that focuses on the care for Children and Young People. They offer a consistent and effective approach to all their Young People and go out of their way to ensure positive outcomes for everyone involved. They have children's services as well as packages for care leavers.

We are looking for a confident, passionate and experienced Children's Manager in the Flintshire Area. This is to manage 2 services, one is a 2 bed, one is a 4 bed, both EBD.

You will then oversee the day to day running of the services and will motivate your team to provide quality care at all times. You will manage the budgets for the home and will ensure positive outcomes with Ofsted Inspections. As this is based in wales, you must have experience being registered within Wales.

This is a 9-5 Monday to Friday role, but some flexibility would be expected.

To apply for this job, you must have the following,

- Experience Managing in a Children's Residential Service (wales registered)

- QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)

- NVQ 3 Children and Young Peoples Work Force (or equivalent)

- Driver

- Passion for making a difference

Please note: This is not suitable for applicants with a background in Nursery School.
