Children's Registered Manager - Oswestry Area - Up to £37,500 Plus Benefits
This is a fantastic organisation that focuses on the care for Children and Young People. They offer a consistent and effective approach to all their Young People and go out of their way to ensure positive outcomes for everyone involved. They have children's services as well as packages for care leavers.
We are looking for a confident, passionate and experienced Children's Manager in the Oswestry Area. This is to manage one of the brand new services about to open. This will be a 3 Bed EBD service for Children and Young People. As this is a new service, you will assist with the setting up of this service and bringing in the referrals. This is an excellent way to use your skills to make a real impact from the start.
You will then oversee the day to day running of the service and will motivate your team to provide quality care at all times. You will manage the budgets for the home and will ensure positive outcomes with Ofsted Inspections.
This is a 9-5 Monday to Friday role, but some flexibility would be expected.
To apply for this job, you must have the following,
- Experience Managing in a Children's Residential Service
- QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
- NVQ 3 Children and Young Peoples Work Force (or equivalent)
- Passion for making a difference
Please note: This is not suitable for applicants with a background in Nursery School.
