Children's Deputy Manager - Flint Area - £25,514 Plus Benefits

This is a fantastic organisation that focuses on the care for Children and Young People. This client is looking for an experience Deputy Manager for the 3 bed, EBD service in the Flint, Wales area. This is a well-established, successful home for Children. This is a beautiful location and boasts picturesque views. The team are friendly and welcoming ad we are looking for a Deputy to complete that team.

You will be responsible for assisting the Manager with the day to day running of the service and managing in their absence. You will also use your skills and knowledge to motivate the staff team and ensure the Children and Young People have all their needs met. You will offer leadership and guidance to the team and will support junior members of staff and will strive to uphold the high standards of care at all times.

This role will involve sleep ins and the shift pattern is a 5:2 pattern, this involved 5 shifts one week, 2 shifts the nest week.

To apply for this job, you must have the following,

- Experience working in a Children's Residential Service or Care Leaver Provision

- Experience in a Senior Team Leader or Supervisory role in Children's Services

- NVQ 3 Children and Young Peoples Work Force (or equivalent)

- Driver

- Passion for making a difference
