Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of lending cases from initial enquiry to completion.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and professional introducers, maintaining regular communication and providing updates throughout the process.
- Building and managing strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other parties to facilitate the smooth progression of cases.
- Preparing and reviewing documentation, including debentures, deeds of parity, and title deeds.
- Conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with lending criteria and regulations.
- Providing relationship management support, resolving queries promptly, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to team success.
- Proven experience in banking, lending, or commercial finance within a case processing or case management role.
- Familiarity with debentures, deeds of priority, and title deeds (highly advantageous).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level customer service and build lasting professional relationships.
