Meridian Business Support is working on behalf of our client looking for Call Takers / handlers in Lincoln.

The roles will be until the end of January 2021, commencing from the training date, with a possibility of being extended.

Job description

Call Takers / Handlers - to work in a high volume and demanding environment, handling incoming calls from health care professionals. Role will be varied and act as resilience, staff could be trained to either be call takers or dispatch assistants

As they will be accessing patient information, they will need to be made aware to provide an email address to complete the DBS Disclaimer form and provide a copy of the most recent DBS if they have had one.

A new DBS check will be required and processed by our client, if the current DBS is older than 3 months and if they are not with the update service.

We are looking for the training course to start on Monday 30th November 2020 for 2 weeks, Mon-Fri 08.00 -16.00. Candidates need to be able to commit to this training.

Ideally you have worked in a call centre previously or in a position that you have managed high volume calls, be able to work under pressure and prioritise work load. Full training will be given.
