Permanent Role - Shift pattern is Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
We are looking for Business Support Advisor to join our successful team within an Electrical Trade Wholesaler based out of Bristol.
- Contracted to 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Shift times :7:30am - 4:30pm or 8am - 5pm
- No bank holiday working required

As a Business Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all our internal colleagues.
You will be working as part of a team of advisors to ensure all inbound calls are answered in agreed timescales and provided guidance on company processes & policies .

- First point of call for all branch system & process queries
- To provide comprehensive process and system support to the branch network
- Ensure branch policies and procedures are adhered to
- Management of key 'Housekeeping' areas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of general branch administration and computer based reports
- Experience of good customer service
- Ability to assess and manage workload and prioritise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of M3 preferable
