Permanent Role - Shift pattern is Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

We are looking for Business Support Advisor to join our successful team within an Electrical Trade Wholesaler based out of Bristol.

  • Contracted to 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Shift times :7:30am - 4:30pm or 8am - 5pm
  • No bank holiday working required
  • Benefits : Pension scheme, Life assurance, 25 days holiday

As a Business Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all our internal colleagues.

You will be working as part of a team of advisors to ensure all inbound calls are answered in agreed timescales and provided guidance on company processes & policies .

The Role:

  • First point of call for all branch system & process queries
  • To provide comprehensive process and system support to the branch network
  • Ensure branch policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Management of key 'Housekeeping' areas

The Person:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of general branch administration and computer based reports
  • Experience of good customer service
  • Ability to assess and manage workload and prioritise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of M3 preferable
