If yes, then a highly successful, forward thinking independent media company are recruiting for a Business Development Manager or Senior Business Development Manager (depending on level of experience) working on an established, major international brand that possesses lots of growth opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic sales team and employ your drive, persistence and tenacity to hit and exceed personal revenue targets, making your mark on a growing brand by using your understanding of B2B media, and consultative media sales experience to drive and grow new business opportunities whilst also maintaining and developing existing revenues. 

As part of your new hands-on sales focused role you will be involved in undertaking thorough research and building industry knowledge, carrying out competitor analysis, attending client meetings, putting together media proposals for clients, and identifying contra agreements.  You will also get the chance to travel internationally on occasions to both attend industry events / conferences and meet with clients.

Please note: there is no line management responsibility and the level of your role will be determined by experience.

You will bring to the table proven B2B multi-platform media sales experience across across print, digital and events/conferences, and have the drive, tenacity, and commercial acumen to succeed.  Strong negotiation and relationship building skills are also essential, along with a target driven attitude and a solid understanding of B2B media and how to successfully sell it.

Basic salary c. £29,000 - £45,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience) plus uncapped OTE potential with an attractive commission structure!
