I'm looking for a highly driven and enthusiastic Business development manager to join a friendly and talented team of people to assist in development of the business. You will be given the support and the tools to build a successful sales career whilst working for an innovative and attractive business.

- Managing and developing the entire sales cycle
- Building the sales pipeline and generating new leads
- Managing any inbound leads from qualification to closure
- Carrying out demos by phone and face to face
- Managing and developing corporate relationships
- Attending trade shows and conferences representing Re-flow at our stand
- Follow up on all outbound campaigns
Do you have?
- Experience of selling in a B2B environment
- A proven track history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- High drive, enthusiasm and flexible approach to work
- Outstanding communication, negotiating and influencing skills, both over the phone and face to face
- An interest in technology and/or software
- Full UK Driving License
- Previous experience of selling software and SAAS (Desirable)
- A knowledge of the construction, highways and civil engineering industries (Desirable)
- Track history of negotiating at board level with MDs, FDs and CEOs
Salary Basic £23K - £26K DOE + Generous OTE
