Do you have previous business analysis experience on large projects or programmes in a full software development life-cycle project environment?
If you do and have experience in documenting business requirements, As-is and To-Be process flows, user stories, activity diagrams and change management, then this could be the role for you!
A fast growing and established consultancy firm are looking to recruit a Business Analyst within the project team to support technical and business change projects across the business - as well as improve the liaison between IT project teams and internal functions. You will be responsible for understanding the issues and challenges faced by different departments, and identify future needs and create solutions.
The ability to build strong, collaborative relationships will be essential for this role where you will lead business and technical analysis discovery sessions and workshops to help meet the needs of the business both now and in the future. Duties will include creating test plans, training and technical documentation, providing expertise on how systems can relate to business goals, and working with IT teams on both internal and external projects.
Salary £43-45k p.a. plus the opportunity to work as part of a growing dynamic team within a friendly working environment.
