We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator / Bookeeper to join our team and as an innovative and ambitious business you would be joining a great team, who have a united passion to succeed.
You will ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping is maintained for our business whilst reporting into the Finance Director. Your duties will include double entry bookkeeping, bank reconciliations both manually and on a computerised accounts system, month-end and year-end. Daily banking, maintaining cash flow sheets, VAT returns, update payments spreadsheets and dealing with any anomalies that arise. You will be the point of contact for customer and suppliers invoice queries, and you will liaise with our Accountants as required. We will need you to have an understanding of the value of stock held and the ability to produce ad hoc reports on sales figures as required. An experience of online banking systems and a good level of Excel is a must. Ultimately someone with solid bookkeeping experience and the ability to work the role with confidence is what we need.

The role is paying £25k basic experience dependent and we excellent benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and private medical insurance. We are really flexible and welcome applications from part-time candidates who would have the confidence and experience to handle this role on a part-time basis.
