Job Title: Automotive Administrator Grimsby

Pay rate: £8.72 p/h

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm but flexibility is key as you may be required to work either 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm depending on peak periods.

* Applicants must have previous Administration experience.

* As the role is an immediate start it would suit somebody who doesn't have a long notice period.

Description

Our national client has vacancies to fill for a Automotive Administrator at their Distribution Centre facility in Grimsby. The role will include data entry, using Excel, making ID cards, dispatching loads, dealing with day to day calls and all other general Administration as required.

Role Requirements

To be aware, understand and actively promote the requirements and needs of all operational roles in successfully achieving the agreed customer end user requirements, Daily maintenance and monitoring of computer systems, Process daily/weekly/monthly reports, Support operational staff as required, To communicate with customer/end user in a prompt and courteous manner, To have a flexible approach to working hours in order to meet the operational needs of the business.

It will also be expected that applicants have the character and personality to be flexible, professional in their work approach and posses the hunger to succeed.
