Contract: Temporary – ASAP for 12 weeks
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Location: Peterborough City Hospital (Agile working available – mix of home and office-based)
About the Role

- Employee relations
- Job planning and appraisals
- Revalidation processes
- Rota design
- Education, development, and transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of medical workforce policies in compliance with NHS standards, legislation, and best practices.
- Design and execute employee relations interventions with measurable impact.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership in workforce planning and development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality workforce services that support the Trust's goals.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be MCIPD qualified (or equivalent).
- Have significant experience managing medical workforce services, including developing policies and processes aligned with NHS standards.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of creating and implementing impactful employee relations strategies.
- Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
