We are currently looking for a number of Administrators to work in the Worcestershire area on a temporary basis; various contracts and hours available.
Duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Handling external or internal communication via phone, email and written correspondence
- Providing support within the team
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
- Maintaining and updating records
- You will be a highly organised individual who is happy to work under pressure
- Ideally you will have experience in an administrative environment
- You will be self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- IT literacy is essential for this role
- Confident in speaking on the phone
