Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next opportunity? We have an exciting role available for an Administrator to support the Sales Department; working for a leading manufacturing company supplying the construction industry based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. This role is working 08:30 - 17:00 Mon to Fri, and is offering a salary of £18k plus excellent benefits!
As an Administrator within the Sales Team you will be booking construction project enquiries and orders onto the CRM system, downloading necessary project documents from tender portals, and updating and maintaining the client database. You would also be contacting customers to obtain additional information, and providing cover on reception and the switchboard when required.
To be successful in this role you will have previous administration experience, previously used CRM systems, and have strong IT skills. Construction, Merchant, or Trade knowledge would be a strong advantage. Knowledge of the construction tender process would be desirable but is not essential.
