We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join us here at our Cheltenham branch on a part-time, temporary basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain more experience in a commercial and busy environment whilst having the flexibility of part time hours. Please note this is an ongoing temporary role that will be reviewed on a monthly basis.
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 10am - 3.30pm (30 minute lunch break)
Hours per week: 25 hours
Pay Rate: £8.50 - £10.00 per hour DOE
What you will be doing:
- Assisting in the weekly payroll of temporary workers
- Supporting in the registration and screening process for new applicants
- Monitoring of the compliance of new candidates
- Answering and logging queries from clients and candidates
- Daily use of the branch CRM system to log any correspondence
- You will be a highly organised individual who is happy to work under pressure
- Ideally you will have experience in an administrative environment
- You will be self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- IT literacy is essential for this role
- Confident in speaking to candidates and clients on the phone
