This role is currently home based, with perhaps one day a week in the offices in Taunton, Somerset. In future this may increase to two days depending on requirements but home working will always be a large part of the role.
This Administrator role is a busy and varied position that requires a good level of administrative and organisational work. You will need to update spreadsheets and databases, deal with incoming calls, support the SLT team with administrative tasks, produce agendas and take minutes at virtual and face to face meetings and carry out diary management for Managers. As well as liaising with other departments and external agencies to best support service user requirements.
Key responsibilities for the Administrator will be:
- Updating Excel spreadsheets and databases
- Raising Invoices and Purchase Orders
- Arrange and attend senior level meetings
- Produce agendas and minutes of meetings
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails to the wider team
- Filing and archiving of paperwork.
This role would suit: Administrator, Administration Assistant, Project Officers, Business Support, PA, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Customer Service Administrator, Sales administrator, Medical Receptionist, Lettings Administrator, data input, or any admin or Project support backgrounds. We would also consider graduate applications.

Rate of pay is initially £10.63 per hour.
