Patient Access Administrator
Location: Brighton
Band: 3
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, office-based)
Contract: ASAP start until the end of March (possible extension up to 6 months, subject to funding)
Meridian Business Support is currently seeking a Patient Access Administrator to join the Imaging and Nuclear Medicine team at Royal Sussex County Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
At least 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent, including English and Maths. -Educated to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification, for example admin and clerical qualification or equivalent level.
Excellent written and verbal communication – comfortable handling calls and composing professional emails.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a healthcare or administrative setting.
