Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new opportunity?  If so, we have a position available as an Administrator within the Procurement Department of the leading Helicopter manufacture in Yeovil.  Don't worry if you haven't worked in Procurement before, this is not a essential for this position and full training will be provided. 

As an Administrator within the team you will be responsible for the data in regards to pricing.  This will involve work on Microsoft Excel, so you must have a good working knowledge of Excel, ideally with experience of using V Look ups and Pivot Tables.  You will also be responsible for pulling reports off SAP and into Excel for sorting.  SAP experience is desirable, but not essential, so if you havent used SAP before dont let this stop you from applying.

You will also need to be flexible to assist the Buyers as and when required.  This will include tasks such as dealing with spares enquires, dealing with purchase orders and sending out letters to suppliers.

This position is an ongoing temporary position and if you have worked within an Administrative role before, with regular use of Excel, we would welcome your application.

There will be some working in the office whilst initial training is provided and then this position can be flexible with some working from home.  Whilst working onsite you will benefit from free parking, onsite shops and a onsite canteen.

This position pays £9.50 - £12.00 an hour depending on the level of experience.  It is a 37 hour week and hours can be flexible as long as the core hours of the business are worked.
