Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy team based in Yeovil. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a strong admin background and has supported teams with numerous tasks. This position is a fixed term contract and will be due to end in September. However, depending on workload, there is a possibility it could go permanent.

Skills need:

  • Excellent communicator
  • IT literate- Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience working in a team and supporting other members of staff
  • Strong admin background
  • Good organiser and attention to detail


  • Supporting the team with any admin tasks such as answering the phones, filing, scanning and putting paperwork together
  • Cross referencing documents and ensuring there is no grammar mistakes
  • Liaising with individuals over the phone and via email
  • Inputting data onto the systems
