Our client requires a temporary administrator to provide extra support to the admin team at their busy depot on royal Edward Dock, Avonmouth.
This is a temporary contract for 1 -3 months dependant on the clients' order book.
You will be required to support the despatch desk operator with the following:
- Answering phone calls
- taking messages
- Liaising with the depot on orders
- Booking in lorries for produce collection
There will be training provided on the key duties but most support will be on the job training
Your working hours will be 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
Due to the location of the depot you must have your own transport.
