Job description
How would you like to work for a very well-established company based in Glasgow? With day shifts available on a fixed rota plus immediate starts, permanent job opportunities, and an onsite canteen this is a fabulous offering for experienced  Administrator!

This role is based in Glasgow (Hillington) 10 min away from the city centre.

Working pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 7.45am - 4.15pm, Friday: 7.45am - 3.15pm
 
Pay Rate: 
£9.50ph
 
Daily Duties:
  • Daily interaction with Customers.
  • Order processing
  • Photocopying and Filing
  • Communication with Internal Departments.
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service is attained.
  • Undertake of a wide range of administrative tasks
  • Provide and maintain efficient and effective administrative support to the business
  • To carry out any other administrative task as advised by the administration supervisor and other senior management.
Key Capabilities:
  • IT Literate
  • Experience of working in a similar position.
  • Comfortable working independently, with the ability to manage own priorities and workload.
  • Professional telephone and email manner.
  • Good time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills
