I have an exciting job opportunity become available for an Administrator to join a fantastic company based just outside of Yeovil.
This is a temporary role to provide additional administrative support during a period of process review but which may be able to be developed into a permanent position for the right candidate.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Collating all necessary paperwork to facilitate the checking of data input / proofing of invoices by other members of the team.
- Logging information onto the computer system, ensuring all details are accurate
- Filing paperwork into correct locations
In this role you will be liaising with the transport coordinators and accounts team on a regular basis so you must be a confident communicator.
A keen eye for detail, good computer knowledge and a willingness to learn is essential for this role. We are ideally looking for someone with an administration background.
