Are you looking for an administrative role within walking distance of Stockmoor Village? We have a great opportunity to join an incredibly friendly team, this role is initially temporary but could last up to 9 months to cover maternity leave.
This is an administrative role looking after the administration duties for the warehouse and despatch teams and dealing with all queries and compliance in regards to delivery and despatch documentation. Putting together paperwork packs prior to distribution as well as filing and scanning completed paperwork.
You will also be checking manifests from the drivers, invoices and transport tax. Personality is what counts in order to build a rapport with the drivers and warehouse managers to keep communication lines open to resolve all issues.
Our client is looking for someone with previous administration experience, experience working within transport or distribution would be desirable but not essential. You will need the ability to communicate effectively and find the answers, someone who is happy to research and investigate to problem solve.
Hours are Monday to Friday 2.00pm - 10.00pm
This is a temporary role initially for 9 months maternity cover.
Rate of pay is £8.60 per hour.
